Ingredients
  • 1 kg red onion
  • 2 red chili
  • 180 ml red wine vinegar
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 30 g of salt
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the onions and chili. Cut the onion into 1 cm feathers, the chili into thin rings.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar and broken cinnamon sticks to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Pour the onion and chili with boiling marinade, stir, cool. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
