Mini frittates with cottage cheese and green onions

The traditional frittata recipe uses leeks and parmesan, which we substituted for green onions and cottage cheese. For beauty, you can make a depression in each frittate and drive in a quail egg. Lay a thin piece of butter on top.

Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 tbsp. l. curd
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 30 g butter
  • 6 green onion feathers
  • 5 sprigs of dill
  • a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg, salt if desired

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Grease a 6-well silicone muffin mold or 6 small muffin molds with butter.
Step 2
Place the spinach in a colander and pour boiling water from the kettle. Leave the colander over a bowl or sink to drain the water completely.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs well. Add cottage cheese, spinach, finely chopped green onions and dill. Rub some nutmeg into the mixture. Stir, but not too vigorously - if the "marble" pattern remains, it will only decorate the frittata.
Step 4
Distribute the mixture into the molds and place in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for 18–20 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
