Pita with prunes
Ingredients
  • 150 g filo dough (5 sheets)
  • 50-60 g butter
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 200 g pitted prunes
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cups of water
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon

Step 1
Chop the nuts. Melt the butter.

Arrange the prunes on one side of the dough. Roll the dough into a roll so that the prunes are in the middle.
