Chocolate snowball cookies
Delicate crumbly "snow" biscuits with rich chocolate taste.
Ingredients
- butter (room temperature) 220 g
- powdered sugar 50 g
- cocoa 30 g
- flour 300 g
- walnut 50 g
- bitter chocolate 100 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- icing sugar (for rolling) 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.
Step 2
Chop the nuts. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix flour with salt and cocoa.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 190 °. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 5
Beat butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add flour mixture, chopped nuts, chocolate, mix until smooth. You will get a soft plastic dough.
Step 6
Form balls the size of a small walnut, spread on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other (they practically do not change in size when baking), bake for 10 minutes. Remove, cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Pour the icing sugar into a bowl, roll each cookie well in the powder. You can repeat the procedure twice. Cool completely before serving. On the second day, these cookies are even tastier.
