Cupcake with mascarpone and chocolate
Italian muffins are usually drier than their counterparts from other European countries. This is because muffins in Italy are often served with a glass of dessert wine, and not with tea or coffee. And according to the cooking technology, this cake is more like a biscuit. But don't worry! Clever Italian pastry chefs have found a way to add a rich, creamy flavor to cake with mascarpone.
Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 100 g potato starch
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 ml of milk
- 16 g baking powder
- 70 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 100 g of chocolate
- powdered sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Melt the butter and cool.
