Cupcakes with white chocolate and feijoa
White chocolate and the fragrant, strawberry sweetness of feijoa are a marriage made in heaven. It's a shame that pastry chefs so rarely use this combination in cakes, muffins, muffins and tartlets.
Ingredients
- 200 g of feijoa
- 150 g white chocolate
- 380 g flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 180 g butter
- 20 g baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 40 g flour
- 40 g cane sugar
- 30 g butter
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Whisk the softened butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then pour in milk.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Pour them into the dough and stir with a wooden spatula. Add finely chopped chocolate and feijoa and stir.
Step 3
For sprinkling, mix all ingredients into crumbs.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 12 muffin tins and sprinkle with crushed sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 35–40 minutes.
