Honey and whiskey mousse
This is a dessert for adults, from which the smell of freedom and youth, spent at discos with your favorite cocktail, subtly emanates. Honey will give the dessert an unforgettable taste.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs from a trusted supplier
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- 140 ml whiskey
- 400 ml cream, 33% fat
- 11 g sheet gelatin
- fresh berries (preferably raspberries) for garnish
- thin crispy biscuits for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour gelatin with water and leave until completely softened.
Step 2
At the same time, stir whisked eggs, honey and 100 ml of whiskey in a water bath. Beat with a mixer until fluffy white. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Step 3
Whip the cream separately into a firm foam. Pour in the remaining whiskey. Stir. Add egg mixture, stir.
Step 4
Squeeze out the gelatin. Pour in just a little hot water and mix thoroughly. Add to the prepared mixture and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 martini or champagne glasses. Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies for 3 hours. Remove in 10 minutes. before serving. Garnish with berries and serve with cookies.
