Lean orange cupcake
Ingredients
  • flour 250 g
  • orange 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil 160 ml
  • liquid honey 1/2 cup (s)
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • sugar 40 g
  • icing sugar - for sprinkling

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash and dry the orange. Remove the zest from the oranges using a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from the oranges (you should get about 200 ml of juice).
Step 2
Combine orange juice, zest in a cup, heat it up (you can use a microwave oven). Add liquid honey, sugar, Olein's vegetable oil to the orange juice, mix. Stir the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
