New Year's cupcake
Great chocolate cupcake with stars. Such pastries must definitely decorate your New Year's table!
Ingredients
- dark chocolate 75 g
- cream 20% 2 tbsp
- flour 200 g
- milk 45 ml
- cane sugar 150 g
- vanillin, sachet 1 pc.
- egg 3 pcs.
- butter 220 tbsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- berries
- sprig of lemon balm
- flour 105 g
- milk 30 ml
- butter 165 g
- cane sugar 120 g
- egg 2 pcs.
- vanillin, sachet 1 pc.
- cocoa powder 45 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
First, we will do the white cupcake, then we will make stars from it. Add cane sugar to butter at room temperature. Beat until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beat, add vanillin, a pinch of salt, half of sifted flour with vanilla, then add milk, the remaining flour, mix gently until smooth. Pour the dough into a rectangular cake pan, grease it with vegetable oil and lightly dust it with flour.
Step 2
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Step 3
Cut the cooled cake into thick slices. Cut the cookies out of them using star-shaped molds.
Step 4
Prepare chocolate dough. To do this, beat the softened butter with sugar, add eggs one by one, baking powder, half the flour with cocoa, mix. Add milk, the remaining flour, mix until a uniform consistency.
Step 5
Bake the muffin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool.
Step 6
For the icing, melt the chocolate, add the cream, pour the icing over the cake, garnish with berries and lemon balm leaves.
Step 7
Cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
