Ingredients
  • honey 200 g
  • flour 560 g
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • butter 120 g
  • cane sugar 100 g
  • soda 1 tsp
  • vanilla sugar 15 g
  • ginger 2 pinch (s)
  • cloves 2 pinch (s)
  • lemon wedges 6-8 pcs.
  • white chocolate 1 pc.
  • lemon juice
  • beet juice
  • icing sugar 20 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Melt sugar with honey, add butter, stir, add eggs. Mix flour with baking soda and spices, add to the honey mixture. Wrap the resulting dough in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
Prepare a decorating solution by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice. For red patterns, add more beet juice.
Step 3
From the dough, make details of a house and figures 1 cm thick and bake for 7-8 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Connect the details of the house with melted white chocolate, cut the lemon slices lengthwise, rinse until transparent and stick to the windows. Decorate the roof and walls.
