  • prunes 150 g
  • cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • ginger 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • ground cloves 1/4 tsp
  • soda 1/4 tsp
  • alcohol (cognac, brandy) 500 ml

Step 1
Wash dried fruits, discard in a colander, let dry. Cut dried fruits into small pieces of equal size, then soak in cognac or another type of alcohol and place in an airtight container.
