Cheesecake with fruit mousse
Cheesecake with fruit mousse - is a dessert that is like a curd casserole or cheese soufflé in consistency. The dessert is complemented with fruit mousse. A very delicate cheesecake, but quite rich and satisfying.
Ingredients
- - soft cheese 300 g
- - sugar 0.5 glass (s)
- - chicken egg 3 pcs.
- - vanillin 1.5 g
- for fruit mousse
- - strawberries (fresh frozen) 80 g
- - mango (pulp) 80 g
- - kiwi (pulp) 80 g
- - sugar 3 tbsp.
- - gelatin 24 g
- - cold water 200 ml
- - hard cheese 70 g
- - butter (soft) 100 g
- - chicken egg 1 pc.
- - kefir (warm) 120 ml
- - wheat flour 320 g
- - vanillin 1.5 g
- - sugar 2 tbsp.
- - soda 0.5 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Divide the dough into 2 parts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
We take out the chilled cheesecake and cut out the peas (up to the crust).
Step 3
Put the fruit mousse in the holes and send the cheesecake to the refrigerator, freeze.
