Cheesecake with fruit mousse - is a dessert that is like a curd casserole or cheese soufflé in consistency. The dessert is complemented with fruit mousse. A very delicate cheesecake, but quite rich and satisfying.

Ingredients
  • - soft cheese 300 g
  • - sugar 0.5 glass (s)
  • - chicken egg 3 pcs.
  • - vanillin 1.5 g
  • for fruit mousse
  • - strawberries (fresh frozen) 80 g
  • - mango (pulp) 80 g
  • - kiwi (pulp) 80 g
  • - sugar 3 tbsp.
  • - gelatin 24 g
  • - cold water 200 ml
  • - hard cheese 70 g
  • - butter (soft) 100 g
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.
  • - kefir (warm) 120 ml
  • - wheat flour 320 g
  • - vanillin 1.5 g
  • - sugar 2 tbsp.
  • - soda 0.5 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Divide the dough into 2 parts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
We take out the chilled cheesecake and cut out the peas (up to the crust).
Step 3
Put the fruit mousse in the holes and send the cheesecake to the refrigerator, freeze.
