Ingredients

- milk (cream) 2 glass (s)

- butter (cream) 200 g
- jam "Maheev" lemon 4 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, sour cream and soft butter, add baking soda, quenched with vinegar, flour and cocoa. Stir the dough well so that there are no lumps. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and bake the cake at 180 ° C.
Step 2
For the cream, boil the milk, add semolina and cook a very thick semolina porridge. Beat the butter and sugar, add cold semolina in a spoon and beat the cream again. At the end add the Maheev lemon jam and beat again with a blender. Divide the cake into 2 parts, put one part in a detachable mold, pour out the cream, cover with the second cake, cool.
Step 3
