Tiramisu with strawberries
Ingredients
- savoyardi cookies 200 g
- dry white wine Marsala 70 ml
- ground coffee 1 tbsp
- eggs 4 pcs.
- mascarpone cheese 250 g
- sugar 150 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- for decoration:
- cocoa powder 30 g
- strawberries 10-12 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the cream. To do this, very carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Thoroughly grind the yolks with half the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Then add the mascarpone cheese and beat again until smooth.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt to the whites (and they should be cold) and beat until dense foam. Then gradually add the remaining sugar. As a result, there should be steady peaks, which are written about in all cookbooks.
Step 3
Putting the mixer aside, put the whites into the yolk mixture. Take a silicone spatula or a regular spoon and gently stir the cream with movements from the bottom up (so as not to damage the delicate air bubbles in the protein mass).
Step 4
Make coffee in any way convenient for you. Cool slightly and add Marsala. Instead of this wine, you can take Amaretto liqueur or rum. Dip each cookie in coffee and place on the bottom of a rectangular shape.
Step 5
Cover a layer of cookies with half the cream. Place the second row of coffee-soaked cookies on top. And finally - a layer of cream. Cover the dessert with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
Step 6
Sprinkle tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving. It is better to use a strainer to distribute it evenly. Decorate the dessert with fresh strawberries and enjoy the delicate taste of this delicacy. Enjoy your meal!
