Eclair cake
Light, delicate and airy! This cake will be a great end to a festive meal.
Ingredients
- water 150 ml
- milk (1) 150 ml
- eggs 6 pcs.
- flour 210 g
- butter (1) 120 g
- almond petals 30 g
- icing sugar 2 tbsp
- milk (2) 300 ml
- cream 33% 300 ml
- yolks 6 pcs.
- corn starch 60 g
- sugar 180 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- butter (2) 200 g
- salt 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Assembling the cake: cake, half of the cream, cake, the other half of the cream, cake with almond petals. Put in the refrigerator for several hours. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
