Bulgarian buns with curd cream and figs
I offer you a recipe for Bulgarian pastries. Delicious, tender, incredibly fragrant filo dough buns with "Hochland" curd cheese and fresh figs. The recipe is very simple, I cook it in "field" conditions right on vacation (so I apologize for the photo).
Ingredients
- filo dough 8 pcs.
- cream cheese "Hochland" 200 g
- icing sugar 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- figs 4 pcs.
- butter 30 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We will prepare everything you need. Filo dough, figs, TM "Hochland" curd cream, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, butter (melt).
Step 2
Mix the curd cream with icing sugar and vanilla sugar. We cut the figs, not reaching the bottom.
Step 3
Take 2 sheets of filo dough and brush with melted butter.
Step 4
Put the figs on the dough, on top of the figs a generous portion of cottage cheese cream.
Step 5
Lift the edges of the dough up and wrap the filling. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet. Lubricate with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with sugar. I put a fig flower in the center for more aroma and beauty.
Step 6
We bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
