Bruschetta with baked grapes, cheese and balsamic
Ingredients
  • 1 large ciabatta
  • 2 clusters of small dark or red seedless grapes
  • 300 g soft cheese (better than goat cheese)
  • olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • balsamic cream and mint for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Carefully remove the grapes from the twigs, place in a baking dish lined with baking paper, pour over with olive oil, stir, salt and pepper. Bake until the berries begin to burst, 12-15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the ciabatta into 2 cm thick slices, brush one side with oil, place on a wire rack, place in the top third of the oven with the oil side up, let the crust bake, 3-5 minutes.
