Biscuit with currants
Ingredients
- For the test:
- cottage cheese 100 g
- whole grain flour 200 g
- salt to taste
- cinnamon KOTANY 1 tsp
- egg 1 pc.
- butter 100 g
- For filling:
- red and white currants 300 g
- sugar 100 g
- corn starch 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the dough, put sifted flour, salt, cinnamon, cottage cheese in a bowl. Add chopped butter. Rub into crumbs with your hands.
Step 2
Add the egg and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 3
For the filling, separate the berries from the twigs. Wash and place on a paper towel.
Step 4
Add starch, sugar to the berries, mix.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and put the filling on it.
Step 6
Fold the edges of the dough to the middle.
Step 7
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
