This is the most delicate pie with an apple. The pie turns out to be very tender and just melts in your mouth!

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Grind the yolks with granulated sugar. Add softened butter, flour and vinegar slaked soda. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Put the resulting mass in a greased baking dish and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. We take out the form with the baked crust from the oven and put the grated apples on the crust. Put in the oven again and bake for another 15 minutes.
Beat the whites into a strong foam, gradually adding granulated sugar. We take out the pie from the oven, use a pastry syringe to spread the whipped whites on it and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
