Snack cake
A snack cake with Hochland cream cheese and light salted salmon can be offered to the family for breakfast or dinner. It can also be served as an appetizer on a festive table.
Ingredients
- puff unleavened dough 500 g
- cream cheese Hochland 200 g
- slightly salted salmon 100 g
- butter 70 g
- parsley, dill 0.3 bunch
- cherry tomatoes 2 - 3 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the necessary foods for making a snack cake. Defrost the puff pastry at room temperature. Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance to soften.
Step 2
Cut the dough squares into 2 identical rectangles.
Step 3
Put the dough layers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 ͦ C for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool the finished cakes to room temperature.
Step 4
Brush two layers with Hochland cream cheese.
Step 5
Grease the other two layers with butter.
Step 6
Cut lightly salted trout into thin slices. Put fish slices on top of one layer with oil.
Step 7
Collect the cake in this order: layer with cheese, layer with butter, layer with fish, layer with cheese. Spread the whole cake on the sides with cottage cheese. Wash greens and tomatoes, dry. Finely chop the greens. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Sprinkle the surface of the cake with herbs and decorate with tomato circles. Let the cake stand for 15 - 20 minutes and serve.

Cut the cake into portions. Enjoy your meal!
