Pumpkin truffles
Excellent pumpkin truffles, the most delicate filling, white icing with nuts, chocolate stains ... Who would refuse such a dessert? A great occasion to invite your friends for tea and treat them to unusual truffles.
Ingredients
- shortbread cookies 185 g
- pumpkin puree 100 g
- cream cheese 75 g
- chocolate
- icing sugar 60 g
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- vanillin 1 pinch (s)
- white chocolate (I have nuts) 200 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the pulp with seeds and bake until cooked in the oven. Scrape the pumpkin pulp with a spoon and chop in a blender in mashed potatoes (this can be done in advance and stored in the refrigerator). For the recipe, we need 100 g of pumpkin puree.
Step 2
Put the cookies in a bowl, chop. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanillin to the chopped cookies, stir. Add cream cheese, pumpkin puree. Mix thoroughly until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Form the chilled mass into round candies and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
