Tomatoes stuffed with rice and octopus
A wonderful appetizer for a festive table and more!
Ingredients
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- rice 3 tbsp
- onion 1 pc.
- octopus 20 g
- fresh cucumber 0.5 pcs.
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- pepper
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook the rice until tender. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown. Then put rice on the onion and heat everything together.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to taste. Leave to cool.
Step 3
Cut fresh cucumber into small cubes. Cut the canned octopuses into smaller pieces. Add rice and fried onions. Season the filling with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes in half, spoon out the seeds with juice. Fill with filling. Serve to the table.
