Stuffed eggs with herring caviar
Timeless snack classics on every table.
Ingredients
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- salted herring caviar 20 g
- onion 5 g
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- lemon juice 1 tsp.
- lettuce leaf
- cherry
- lemon
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs, cool under cold water and peel. Cut in half and remove the yolk.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and pour over the lemon juice. Mash the salted herring roe, mix with the yolk and onion. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 3
Stuff the egg halves with the prepared caviar filling. When serving, garnish with lemon wedges, tomatoes and herbs.
