We'd rather offer them a homemade alternative - natural cheese cracker without white flour, trans fats, and artificial flavor enhancers!
Ingredients
- whole wheat flour 110 g
- rye flour 40 g
- coarse sea salt 6 g
- ground paprika 2 g
- ground black pepper 1 g
- butter 55 g
- Gouda cheese 50 g
- milk 55 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200-210 ° С, mode - convection.

Sift both types of flour into a deep bowl. Add spices, grated cheese and cold butter, cut into small cubes. Grind the mixture into crumbs, pour in chilled milk (can be replaced with low-fat cream) and quickly knead the shortbread dough.
