Cookies Curd roses
Curd dough is very versatile, changing the ratio of curd and fat, you can get baked goods that taste different each time.
Ingredients
- curd snacks 2 pcs.
- margarine 150 g
- flour 2.5 glass (s)
- egg 2 pcs.
- sugar 1 cup (s)
- soda 0.3 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the dough, for this, mix the yolks with curd cheeses, add soft margarine, quenched soda with vinegar, flour (you may need more flour, it depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese). Remove the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Beat whites with sugar. Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm thick rectangle, brush the surface with whipped egg whites, not reaching the edge.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into circles. Tuck the edge (where we did not smear with proteins) under the bottom of the cut workpiece. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the cookies at a distance from each other, as they increase during baking. Bake in the oven at 180'C until tender.
