Gingerbread Cookie
DIY sweet gifts.
Ingredients
- wheat flour 300 g
- butter 200 g
- icing sugar 100 g
- egg yolks 2 pcs.
- a pinch of salt (1)
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- ground ginger 1 tsp
- nutmeg 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix flour, icing sugar, salt, spices and butter, add yolks and roll the dough into a ball. Put in the refrigerator for 40-45 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick, cut cookies with cookie cutters. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C
Step 3
Cool the cookies and decorate with icing: 150g icing sugar, 1 egg white and a drop of lemon juice.
