Кофе cloud cream
Creme de nuage coffee will appeal to liqueur lovers. A classic of Baileys cream liqueur, a combination of soft whiskey, cream, chocolate and caramel, it goes well with coffee.
- baileys original liqueur 30 ml
- sugar 1 tsp.
- freshly brewed coffee 200 ml
- ice cream ball 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Pour liqueur into the Turk, add sugar. Heat and keep on low heat to caramelize sugar. Then pour it into a heated glass. Pour into the drink a portion of hot freshly brewed coffee (200 ml. Water and 2 tsp. Natural coffee) and stir. Decorate with a scoop of ice cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
