Avocado, banana and chia seed smoothie
Smoothie is an incredibly nutritious drink. It can be mixed with muesli or sliced fruit and eaten for breakfast. Or it can be used as a healthy snack. The main thing is to use as natural products as possible, but if you can't find something, you can always find an alternative.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. l. chia seed
- 750 ml almond milk
- 280 g blueberries
- 2 small bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp. l. agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- 225 g crushed ice
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a blender. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add all other ingredients except ice and beat for 2 minutes. Add crushed ice, beat for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
