Cucumber-lime lemonade with lemongrass
Cucumber-lime lemonade with notes of lemongrass will undoubtedly quench your thirst in hot summer weather, but in winter, during a hearty and long lunch or dinner, it will delight you with an unusual fresh taste. In cold weather, you can add ice to it and less, although after incendiary dances, it will not be superfluous.
Ingredients
- 180 g of sugar
- 4 medium cucumbers
- 2 stems of lemongrass
- juice of 4 limes
- ice and fresh mint for serving

Step 1
Strain the resulting mass through a fine sieve, squeezing with a spoon.
Step 2
Pour lemonade into a pitcher, add ice and mint leaves. Serve.
