Lemonade with pineapple and mint
Pineapple and mint cocktail is a flip-themed cocktail made with beer and egg yolk. Let's do without beer: just add egg yolk to pineapple-lemon fresh and get a non-alcoholic drink, healthy and with an unusual taste. Such lemonade can be made "for a feast and for the world."
Ingredients
- mint - 1 sprig
- pineapple juice - 70 ml
- egg yolk - 1 pc
- sugar syrup - 25 ml
- lemon fresh - 15 ml
- ice - 100 g

Step 1
Place the mint in a shaker and muddle gently.
Step 2
Add all other ingredients and shake well.
Step 3
Strain on ice in a serving glass.
