Blueberry + goji cocktail

Goji berries grow in China, Tibet and Mongolia. They get to stores dried or in the form of juice. They tend to increase immunity and libido, relieve inflammation and cleanse blood vessels. You need to be able to choose them: often dogwood and barberry are given out as goji.

Blueberry + goji cocktail
Ingredients
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 50 g of goji

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Whisk all ingredients, except goji, in a blender until they become homogeneous in a pulse mode so that they do not heat up and do not lose their nutritional properties.
Step 2
Add goji berries at the very end of the whisk, they should be present in the cocktail in tangible pieces.
