Young pine needles lemonade

Coniferous drinks are an extremely useful thing for the body, especially in spring, when it is necessary to support the immune system and get vitamins, which are practically not left in the vegetables and fruits of last year's harvest. Add lemon to lemonade from young needles and get a double dose of vitamin C.

Young pine needles lemonade
Ingredients
  • 150 g young needles of a Christmas tree, larch or pine
  • 2 small lemons
  • 150 g of brown sugar
  • 2 l of water

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash the lemons with a brush and pat dry. Remove the zest from one lemon in strips, squeeze the juice. Cut the second lemon into thin quarters.
Step 2
Mix lemon juice and zest with sugar and 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, cook until sugar dissolves. Pour into a deep wide container, add 1 liter of cold water, stir, add lemon pieces and pine needles.
Step 3
Tighten with plastic wrap, cool completely, set in refrigerator for 4 hours, shake from time to time. Serve over ice.
