Compote Vanilla apricot
The easiest and most delicious version of apricot compote. With a drink, you will be in an orange mood until the end of summer.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of apricots
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sort the apricots, rinse well, cut out all the darkened areas, cut into 2 or 4 parts and remove the pit.
Step 2
Bring 3 L of sugar and water to a boil, add vanilla sugar and chopped apricots. Bring to a boil again, remove from heat and cool.
Step 3
Serve over ice, garnish with fruit slices.
