Mandarin banana smoothie

A fragrant banana and tangerine smoothie is a storehouse of vitamins that perfectly strengthens the immune system, cheers up and gives a tremendous boost of energy.

Ingredients
  • tangerines 3 pcs.
  • banana 1 pc.
  • milk 300 ml
  • vanilla yogurt 150 ml
  • flower honey 1 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar • 1.5 tbsp. tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the banana and cut into 8-10 slices. Put the sliced banana on a plate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the tangerines and divide them into wedges.
Step 3
Put tangerine slices and chilled banana slices in a blender. Pour milk and vanilla yogurt over the fruit, add honey and vanilla sugar. Whisk all ingredients on high power. We pass the prepared smoothie through a sieve so that the films from the tangerine slices do not get into the drink.
Step 4
Pour the smoothie into glasses and decorate with a slice of tangerine.
