Honey-orange plum with yoghurt

If you want to cook something sweet and original for dessert, then we have such a recipe - honey-orange plum with yogurt and cookies to serve. The ingredients are available, it takes literally half an hour to prepare - just a miracle, not a dessert.

Honey-orange plum with yoghurt
Ingredients
  • 800 g solid pitted multicolored plum
  • 150 g of liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp. l. orange liqueur
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • zest of half an orange
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar
  • biscuits and natural thick yoghurt for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the plums in a saucepan. Fill with water so that it only covers them. Drain the water into a bowl and add honey, orange juice, and liqueur to it. Pour over the plums, bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Use a slotted spoon to remove the plums and transfer to a large plate to keep their shape and cool completely. Evaporate the remaining liquid to the consistency of a liquid syrup.
Step 3
Arrange plums in bowls or cups. Add 1–2 tbsp each. l. yogurt. Season with orange peel, mashed with sugar, and serve with biscuits.
