Rizogalo (cinnamon rice pudding)
Ingredients
- milk 1 liter
- sugar 200 g
- rice 150 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- water 250 g
- corn starch 60 g
- cover 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour the rice with water and let it boil. When the water is completely absorbed, rinse the rice with cold water.
Step 2
Add sugar to milk and also let it boil. Then add rice and cornstarch to milk.
Step 3
When the consistency has become thick, remove from heat, cool and refrigerate. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top before serving.
