Red cabbage, grapefruit and kiwi salad
The salad is very juicy and tasty.
- red cabbage head 0.5 pcs.
- grapefruit pink large 1 pc.
- kiwi 2 pcs.
- sugar 1 tsp.
- salt 0.5 tsp
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- parsley sprigs 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel and film the grapefruit, divide in half. Squeeze juice from one half, disassemble the other into slices. Leave a few slices for decoration, cut the rest into small cubes.
Strain the juice squeezed from the grapefruit through a sieve
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Peel the kiwi. Cut the fruit into circles. Set aside 6 kiwi circles for decoration. Cut the remaining circles into cubes.
Combine cabbage, grapefruit cubes and kiwi. For dressing, combine olive oil, grapefruit juice, salt and sugar. Pour the dressing over the salad and let stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the salad in a deep plate. Decorate with grapefruit wedges, kiwi circles and parsley sprigs.
