Potatoes, spinach and blue cheese
What about when the days are getting shorter, the air is colder, and the mood is more minor? The way out is simple - to gather friends and family at one table, but on one condition - that both the atmosphere and the salads are warm!
Ingredients
- 600 g small potatoes
- 120 g spinach
- 150g blue cheese, better than gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 0.5-1 tsp grain mustard
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 2–4 pieces. Boil in boiling water until cooked through. Drain and dry over the lowest heat, evaporating the remaining liquid.
Step 2
Whisk the vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Salt and pepper
Step 3
Cut the cheese into slices approximately equal in size to the slices of potatoes. Place the spinach leaves in a large bowl. Add cheese, potatoes, and dressing. Serve immediately.
