Shopska salad
Salad in Serbia is served not at the beginning of lunch, but after the soup, along with the hot one. Very wise
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers (different colors are better)
- 1 onion
- 100 g "young cheese" or Serbian feta cheese
- 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers rather coarsely, into cubes or cubes.
Step 2
Cut the onion into rings.
Step 3
Season vegetables with oil, salt and pepper. 4. Rub the cheese on top so that it covers the vegetables with a head.
