Light snack with avocado
A simple, healthy and delicious avocado snack. All ingredients are easy to find at any time of the year: avocado, lettuce, radish, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate kernels, dried rosemary. Season with freshly squeezed lime juice to taste. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients
- avocado 1-2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 4-5 pcs.
- radish 3-4 pcs.
- pomegranate 1 tbsp
- cheese 100 g
- rosemary pinch (s)
- corn salad
- mint pcs.
