Cinnamon rolls - a quick way to make
Many people love cinnamon yeast buns, but these products have a big drawback - they need to be cooked for a long time. If there is very little time, ready-made puff pastry comes to the rescue, you can make similar buns with it, only you spend much less time.
Ingredients
- 500 g of puff unleavened dough
- 200 g of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp. l. butter
- 1-1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 st. l. milk
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost the puff pastry beforehand.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 175 ° C. On a floured work surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular layer about 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Melt the butter and brush over the dough. Combine brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over dough evenly. Roll up a tight roll and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Step 4
Transfer the buns to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
For the icing, combine the icing sugar with salt, milk and vanilla extract. Pour the icing over the cooled buns and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
