Delicious and healthy muffins are a great addition to your morning tea or coffee.
- pumpkin 200 g
- oatmeal 100 g
- flour 150 g
- baking margarine 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- pumpkin seeds 80 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- vanillin 1 pinch (s)
- vegetable oil for forms 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces.
Grind the pumpkin with a blender.
Grind the softened creamy margarine with sugar. Add eggs, vanillin, beat.
Peel the fried pumpkin seeds. Leave some of the seeds intact, chop the rest into crumbs.
Pour oatmeal, crushed pumpkin seeds into the egg-oil mass, put pumpkin puree, mix.
Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
Grease the muffin tins with a thin layer of vegetable oil using a brush. Spread the dough onto 2/3 of the mold. Place whole pumpkin seeds on top of each cupcake. Put the molds on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Remove the finished muffins from the oven, put them out of the molds and serve with tea or coffee.
