Donuts with tuna, poultry aioli and lingonberry
Donuts are not only sweet. But with tuna, for example. And such donuts with tuna are prepared very quickly: we mix all the ingredients for the dough and bake round meat in a slow cooker. At the same time, we marinate the tuna, spread it on donuts and run to the TV.

- tuna - 60 g
- white wine - 3 g
- lingonberry sauce - 5 g
- olive oil - 2 g
- lime juice - 2 g
- lemon juice - 1 g
- aioli - 20 g
- cranberries - 5 g
- leek hay - 3 g
- lemon zest for garnish
- egg - 2 pieces
- butter - 100 g
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - 10 g
- wheat flour - 100 g
- water - 30 g
- fish sauce - 10 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare donuts: Mix all required donut ingredients and bake in a multi-cooker until tender.
Step 2
Cut the tuna into pieces and marinate in white wine, lingonberry sauce, olive oil, lime and lemon juice, then burn with a burner.
Step 3
Put aioli on ready-made donuts, then tuna, then add lingonberries and leek hay, and sprinkle with lemon zest on top.
