Eggplant rolls with curd cheese
Delicious eggplant appetizer with a spicy filling of delicate Hochland curd cheese with the addition of sweet pepper, garlic and aromatic cilantro.
Ingredients
- eggplant 1 pc.
- "Curd cheese with herbs" Hochland 140 g
- "Cream cheese" Hochland 50 g
- sweet red pepper 0.5 pcs.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- beetle 0.3 beam
- freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash and dry the eggplant. Cut diagonally across into thin ovals.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a pan, heat and fry the eggplants on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Put the fried eggplants on a paper towel to let the glass excess oil.
Step 4
Put the Hochland curd cheese from the jars into a bowl. Pepper to clear of seeds. Peel the garlic. Wash and dry cilantro.
Step 5
Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Finely chop the cilantro. Combine all products with curd cheese, add ground pepper and mix.
Step 6
Put a small amount of filling on each slice of eggplant and roll up the rolls.
Step 7
Put the finished rolls on a dish, decorate with any greens to taste and serve.
