Garlic croutons

A fan snack must be crispy and ... easy to prepare. We need Borodino bread, garlic, olive oil, dill and mayonnaise for the sauce.

Garlic croutons
  • bread 200 g
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • coarse sea salt
  • olive oil
  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
  • dill


Step 1
Cut the crust off the bread and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Chop two garlic cloves.
Step 3
In a preheated pan, fry the bread in olive oil.
Step 4
Cool the bread a little on a napkin and rub with a clove of garlic.
Step 5
Sprinkle the bread with coarse sea salt.
Step 6
Add two chopped garlic cloves and dill to a cup with mayonnaise and mix.
Step 7
Put the bread croutons on a plate and serve with the sauce.
