Stuffed Beetroot Snack with Pomegranate
An excellent spicy and sweet appetizer to decorate any table!
Ingredients
- beets 2 pcs.
- 1 clove garlic
- chili to taste
- hard cheese (grated) 1 tbsp
- pomegranate 1 tbsp.
- mayonnaise TM Maheev 1 tsp
- mustard TM Maheev 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Bake the beets in the oven until tender, wrapped in foil. Peel and cut the grooves inside the beets with a sharp knife.
Step 2
For the filling, combine grated cheese, pomegranate seeds, chopped garlic and chili. Finely chop the beet pulp and send it to the filling too. Season with TM Maheev mayonnaise, add TM Maheev mustard for piquancy.
Step 3
Fill the beets with the cooked filling. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve, garnished with herbs, pomegranate seeds.
