Beetroot caviar

Easy to prepare and very tasty dish. My husband's favorite vegetable dish. It can be served as a side dish for meat or fish, as an independent dish, as a spread on bread and toast. Suitable for fasting.

I used to make this dish with regular tomato paste. This time I decided to cook caviar with Lecho Maheev ketchup. It took me 4 tbsp. l. ketchup.

Put the ketchup in the caviar, stir. Ketchup "Lecho" contains natural vegetables, vinegar, salt. It went well with my dish. I did not need to add salt, pepper, or vinegar to the caviar, since all this is in ketchup, and in combination with sweet beets and fried sweet onions, a harmonious combination turned out.
