Stuffed Tomatoes with Canned Tuna
Simple, fast and affordable - everything is as we love, and you too, probably. Can be prepared on weekends or holidays. For those who like hot snacks, we recommend putting a piece of cheese (mozzarella or Russian) on each tomato and baking in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 4-5 stalks of green onions
- 6-8 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium meaty tomatoes
- 185 g canned tuna s / s (1 can)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop green onions, sage. Stir, fry in olive oil, 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Cut off the top of the tomato and remove the pulp. Salt. Finely chop the tomato pulp.
Step 3
Mix tuna with chopped tomatoes, green onions and sage, lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the tomatoes with the prepared mixture.
