Fish with green onion salsa

Good fish - halibut or salmon - is delicious on its own, but nothing prevents you from making it even more appetizing. Salsa from green onions will add spice and "pepper" to the fish.

Fish with green onion salsa
Ingredients
  • 4 fish fillets on the skin (halibut, salmon)
  • half a lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • half a chili pepper
  • half a lemon
  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For salsa, finely chop the onion. Tear off the leaves of the parsley and chop them finely. Free the chili from the seeds and cut into thin rings.
Step 2
Combine onion, parsley, chili, olive oil, grated zest and juice of half a lemon, vinegar. Season with pepper, salt and stir again. Remove before serving in the refrigerator.
