Milk noodles with raisins and dried apricots
Ingredients
- 50 g light raisins
- 30 g dry
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150-170 g of fine vermicelli
- ground cinnamon
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour boiling water over raisins and dried apricots and leave for 30-45 minutes. Throw on a sieve, pour the broth. Dry the dried fruit with a paper towel. Cut dried apricots into strips.
Step 2
Pour cold water over a heavy-bottomed saucepan. This will prevent the milk from burning. Pour milk, add all sugar, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
Reduce heat. Stir in the vermicelli. Boil it following the instructions on the package. In 2 minutes add prepared dried fruits until tender. Remove from heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. Pour into bowls and season with cinnamon.
